Best Plumbing Fixtures in Aurora CO

I called to get a quote on a new water heater. It's not broken yet just doing preventive maintenance. They said they'd send someone to give an estimate and their website says free estimates. Then when they get here they charge a $50 trip fee. This is completely misleading and dishonest. Saying it's free, then saying you'll send someone to give a quote, then charging is lying. I will never give them my business.

Excellent and good service from a young man. Héctor came to the rescue when I needed a new faucet installed and to repair a pipe that had been causing me damage. He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. Overall, I am really satisfied with the job he did. For such a young age he is really informative and knows a lot of what he’s doing 👍🏼 Thank you Héctor !

I had to have some water lines capped under my house so I could remove an unwanted sink. I’ll admit I was nervous about going with a company I hadn’t worked with for the first time & about how much it would cost. BUT, Lucas set my mind at ease right away. He was knowledgeable, honest, and went right to work. It was clear right away that he knew what he was doing and His attention to detail is truly appreciated! My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

These guys are awesome! Day before Thanksgiving and I had a pipe leaking under the sink in my rental property. Mike got on the phone with me right away and had someone (Lance) out within hours.

Manny was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered my many technical questions. He was very reasonable regarding my bid, which was in a signed contract not just a verbal guess, Very professional work and to code. Very far above the other plumbers I have had over my lifetime. I learned a great deal but will call Manny for all my plumbing work. I am retired and felt totally comfortable with him in my home and I would leave key for him if I am out next time. Thanks Manny

Landon was great and I will use him from here on out for future plumbing issues. He was extremely thorough and you can tell he was passionate & knowledgeable about his job. He took his time and caught major issues a few plumbers missed prior to him coming out. He really cares about helping out customers which is rare commodity these days. I highly recommend.

It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I work with a lot of plumbing companies and was very impressed not only in the dispatch but with the technicians that came to my house. What was great is when they were finished not only did they clean up they tested every faucet to get all the air out of the system. These guys know what they're doing and did a very good job
