Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

First time customer with a kitchen link. Called High 5 at 8 am and the technician, Steven arrived at 10:30. I am still in a state of surprised at how quickly and responsive this company is!!! They took my information and instantly gave me an appointment window. Called back to let me know when Steven was on his way, providing a text with a picture and overview of Steven.Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He completed and tested all his work and was on his way before noon.I will absolutely use High 5 in the future!!

I’ve used Bell Home Solutions for many years for a variety of services. Today, Chris performed an annual service check on the furnace. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, thorough, hardworking, and a delight to work with. He readily identified a couple of problems, offered several alternative solutions, and had the issues resolved in a short amount of time. I will ask for him by name next year when it’s time for the check on the AC. Kudos also to the scheduling folks – they always make it easy; the courtesy call 30 minutes before the tech gets there is much appreciated

We had a leak in our water heater on a late Sunday snowy afternoon. I called Mike and he came out to my house within 20 minutes and fixed our issue.

Manny was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered my many technical questions. I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

We installed a brand new tankless water heater with brand new piping the beginning of Dec 2020. The pressure valve is leaking a continuous flow of water. When I phoned the office to ask about repair/replacement they said they only honor a 90 day warranty. The project is 10 months old and the replacement estimate is $650. I asked for a copy of the warranty information and it is not on the website, invoice, anywhere. Get it in writing. If not fixed ASAP we will not have hot water in the coming months. Again, a brand new system was installed 10 months ago.
