They cane out to do a A/C tune up. Told me they could not touch it because it was old. Gave me a whole run arpund about the Furnace being to big. The A/C went out 2 weeks later. It was a burnt fuse, which I feel like they would have seen hd they done what I paid for then to come out to do.

Caleb was very friendly and easy to work with. He diagnosed the issues with my sink pipes quickly. During the tests and repairs, he took the time to inform me about proper care and maintenance of pipes and garbage disposals. He ensured the water and debris was completely cleaned up before he left. Michael who is the owner is a very nice guy. He answered our call this morning and was at our house and had our problem fixed by the afternoon. Almost all the other places were 3 days to a week out. Reasonable up front pricing is a big deal for me. No tricky price changing or anything like that. He fixed our hot and cold water pipes coming into the kitchen sink. The lines and handles and everything he did is a big upgrade to the cheap stuff the home builders used. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after he was done and wore the shoes covers even when walking around our home which I liked a lot. I will recommend him to my family and friends. Carlos Flores came to clear a clogged kitchen sink today. Simply put, he was outstanding and exemplary! He explained everything he was doing and he was transparent about pricing. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using A Better Plumber in the future.

Marcus was on time and really great!! It was a water tank hose leak. It had happened before and the people I’d used had left a length of hose behind from that job. Marcus was extremely honest and asked if I had someone who I thought could fix it- I did- and he advised me in what to do. I was really amazed and very impressed. We called to have our shower fixed. They no called/no showed THREE times while I received conflicting reports from management and dispatch as to whether or not the plumber was coming, the part was found, ordered, or acquired. Then when I took issue with the fact that they can’t even accurately report the status of my appointment they offered a $60 discount (on a nearly $700 job) without a date that they would be able to actually do the job. When I told them that was insufficient, the manager (Alyssa) offered a slightly larger discount contingent upon me leaving them a positive review. These people were serious! When I just decided to cancel the job because we need an operational shower and cannot wait on their admitted incompetence, she told me that THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE
ME 25% for canceling a job they already said they couldn’t do with any guarantee. Needless to say, I filed a claim with my bank and will go elsewhere. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and ridiculous for thinking their going to charge me $175 for a job they can’t do. I was referred to them by Action Appliance and I will be notifying them that Anywhere Rooter is a bad referral.
