Robert was very professional and friendly when he came over for the estimate and when completing the work on my kitchen sink. He explained everything thoroughly so that I could understand. He gave me options that allowed me to tailor my needs and my budget. While fixing the issue, a neighbor had a shower plumbing issue after my water was turned on. Robert graciously went into their home and quickly fixed the issue. I was amazed at his continued professionalism and kindness. I will absolutely use Brother’s again as a result of my awesome experience. Thank you !

Wow. I really can't say enough kind things about this business. The scheduler was very kind and answered all my extensive questions. She was able to book me a quotation right away. If you get a choice go with Johan. He was AMAZING. Very respectful of my house, you could tell he was proud of his work and he should be. He wired and hung a chandelier for us. I was a proper pain, and changed my mind on the placement a couple times and he was friendly and accommodating the whole time. He even took the time to straighten out the links in the chain! Talk about attention to detail. It was above and beyond for me. I'm so happy with how it turned out. The pricing was fair and the result is showroom worthy. As a new homeowner it is a drag trying to find contractors for all your needs, there is a lot of trial and error. I can safely say Top Shelf has my business for life.

They handled a service call for me, onsite guy was on time, very friendly, very informative, zero issues on that end. Price felt high based on the work they needed to do (I had already identified the leak, opened up the ceiling, shut off water/drained system), but the customer service was top notch!

Had Quality First Plumbing & Heating out to do a sewer line inspection and a malfunctioning toilet which would not flush properly and would frequently not shut off. Josh C and Ned were punctual, professional, curteous, and honest. The toilet repair solved the problems and the sewer line inspection was flawless. They did a great job. They ensured that there were no clean up issues. My one quibble is the price of the toilet repair seemed a tad high, but not unreasonable. I have used Quality First Plumbing & Heating in the past and will definitely use them again in the future.

Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.
