Jim is knowledgeable and professional. He installed a sink and faucets in one of the bathrooms. He noticed rust on a sink that I had not intended to replace. He explained that this could cause problems in the future and suggested that it be replaced. He contacted the warehouse and had a sink ordered and delivered. He explained where the main water shutoff valve was located. Should I have any further plumbing needs, I will definitely return to Bell for the parts and request Jim for the installation. My new sinks and faucets look wonderful!

Chappy was fantastic! He came out to the house, identified the problem with the furnace and after 6 years of the furnace not working, he got it running again! My daughter kept talking to him and he was awesome at responding to her and telling her what he was doing. Will definitely recommend to friends and family@ thank you again!!

We hired Ruben to take a look at our water heater after we had black water damage. Ruben was quick to respond and quick to take a look at everything. He was half the cost of other big plumbing companies and I felt like he did an even better job than they would have. I dint have to wait to get what I needed and he was flexible with the other contractors. We will be using him again in the future.

Came out to give me an estimate for a new tankless unit. The gentleman who came out spent maybe 5 minutes with me in my home. He snapped a couple pictures of the closet where the unit is located, and left. I told him where the crawl space was, and he told me he wasn't going to get into my crawl space. This is a necessary step in giving an accurate and honest estimate. He needed to know where the meter was and also how much piping he had to run for the gas lines. Also, every other company I have had out so far to give me estimates for the same work went into the crawl space and checked several other areas relating to the job. Their estimate came back about 5k higher than all other companies. Extremely disappointing the google reviews would have had me blindly trusting this company. I almost got ripped off... Always do your own due-diligence no matter how good or trust worthy the company may be.

They were awesome. Great value. Techs were professional and did awesome work. They installed a new water heater and moved the location as well. Would recommend. I had bids from several others and they were the best price, provided the best information, amd the inspection was a breeze. Do not use Bell Plumbing. And parker heating and air are several thousands more for the same equipment.

Absolutely fantastic company, went above and beyond for my wife and I, our hot water tank had been out for 2 months, they don't deal in Rheem, but tried their best to fix it, in the end they helped us and installed a new tank, loved the guys they sent out, very professional, loved Camilla, outstanding company, will go back for all our plumbing or heating needs!!!
