As a small property manager, I have used these guys for MANY projects and issues throughout Denver. They're pricey (but par for the course with a larger plumbing company that can respond in under 2 hours), and a couple of times we've had issues getting them to respond at REALLY after-hours times (super late, and once on a holiday), but the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and does good work. The star off is for the price and the after-hours issue, and if I could give 4 and a third stars I could (1/3rd of a star off for each of the two issues).

We bought an entire new HVAC system and their price was the best. They measured and properly sized it all, included electrical service and duct resizing in their base price and were able to install within 1 week of the sale; right before 4th of July!Despite being very busy we got great advice and response from Michael. He helped with sale pricing and rebates that were $10k less than Brothers with better equipment and none of their surprise add-ons. The Bee was great too, but Michael made the difference.After the install it was tricky to get a follow-up visit to fine tune our system. It works great, the installers were fast (<1 day) and clean but their exit review missed a few new minor details.

I recently just bought my first home and over the course of a month I spent every waking hour doing some home renovations and cosmetic details to get it ready to move into. Once I finally got moved in I needed to do laundry pretty badly. However, much to any homeowners dismay, it turns out the pipe used to drain my washer was not draining for whatever reason and I walked into my laundry room to discover a miniature Old Faithful unleashing water everywhere. Exhausted from all the work I had done the month prior to moving in and disappointed I could not do laundry, I asked the ever so informative Facebook world for plumber recommendations. It was overwhelming how many people recommended Ruben and Flowrite Plumbing. Ruben was so understanding, reassuring and willing to help. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few short days later. His team showed up on time and worked so fast at assessing the issue. I don't think I could even do a load in the wash in the amount of time they were here. They explained the problem and showed me what they had to do to repair it. They even crawled under my house into the crawl space several times to access some of the plumbing, which you couldn't pay me to do. When the job was done, they wiped up the mess and even swept the area clean. The pride, respect and diligence Ruben's team has for their clients and the job they're working on is one that any company should take notice of. I absolutely recommend them and can rest easy if I ever run into anymore plumbing issues, knowing I have their number.

Professional Plumbers Denver did an excellent job repairing a sewer line blocked by tree roots. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The hard-working crew cleaned up and left my yard looking as if no digging had been done.

I had Chris fix some leaking pipes at my house before I sold it. He had to cut into the drywall and solder the pipes. He put everything back and all I had to do was paint it and you couldn't even tell where he put the hole. I plan to use him again to replace the faucets in my new home.
