Best New Water Heater in Aurora CO

Blocking sidewalk while I was trying to walk my dog, then rude when I point out they're blocking sidewalk. I either have to walk in the street or go near their COVID. UGH

I reached out after hours and asked for a call back in the morning if they could fit me in for a water heater replacement. They called first thing in the morning and fit me in the same day. They called an hour prior to my scheduled time and said they could come earlier. Work was done, direction was given on how to work the new controls and they cleaned up after themselves when they left. the price was very reasonable. Thank you Boris and George for the great work!

I would never use this company they are Crooks! customer service: if you call to get something that has been warrantied, needs fixed or has any issue, management will not call you back. Run from this company, Tipping hat Plumbing and heating is not the choice to use for anything. Once they get your money that's it! They don't care about you as the customer or what's going on with your issue when they come to your house but they try to charge you more on very simple fixes. This company deserves zero Stars

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Will refit let continue to have this company be our go to! Thanks again!

Last week we needed to have a few exterior and interior valves looked at and potentially replaced. The technician, Beau, arrived on time and was friendly, efficient, and took care of our flooring as he moved from space to space. We ended up having our exterior valve replaced and he was fast and tidy, and described what he was doing and why. Scheduling was also easy and friendly. Thank you!
