Aaron was excellent on time everything worked beautifully, and he’s coming back again and installing another toilet.

Our water heater started leaking, I called euro plumbing and got serviced the same day. Marian showed up to our house and I felt like it was my dad who showed up to save the day. Down to earth gentleman, we had the most interesting conversation during the 2 hours it took him to swap water heaters. It was a nice having someone who know what they’re doing, but it’s a real pleasure having Marian in my house. Thanks again guys!!

I have had Top Shelf replace my water heater, install a new tankless water heater, install bathroom fans, do electrical work, and replace one of my toilets. My house has many additions and is unusual. They are professional and have been able to figure out how to work around the oddities of my house.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Mark Murphy was awesome. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with tuning up the furnace. Even helped program the thermostat that we have been having difficulty with! Great company and trustworthy. Have had other companies in the past and of course always find something that needs to be replaced for a lot of money. I recommend Bell Plumbing to anyone who needs their expertise for service and repair.

We had a new furnace installed. The people at Tipping Hat were courteous and knowledgeable. Michael came out and did a thorough diagnostic on our old furnace and we were lucky enough that they were able to install a new one the very next day. I am glad we went with Tipping Hat and would recommend them to others if asked.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Pedro is absolutely the consummate professional. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to save me money on the repair of my hose bib. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Just wow! Beau was the most professional and kind plumber I have EVER met. We had a pipe burst in the downstairs bathroom at 9am, unfortunately he wasn't able to get to the house until 7pm. But the fact that Beau STILL came out to fix the pipe was amazing in itself. He was extremely nice and allowed me to sit and watch him work. He was quick and thorough with the repair. I highly recommend this company and Beau to anyone who asks!!!
