Nice guy, James, who came to put in a new water heater. But when I returned from out of town to see the work done, the water heater was standing in a half inch of water in the pan under the unit, metal shavings and other debris were left on top of the unit and on the floor, and the unit was bent/damaged around the door to the burner with the door lying on the ground.

Cost was $1,849. Seemed high. I checked on the Internet for the cost of the water heater they put in, which was $799 retail. Assuming they actually paid retail, that means around $1,000 for labor. I asked their secretary very nicely for an itemization--like is done whenever your car gets service--and they said they do not provide that. One has to wonder why.

Then suddenly, Jeff, the owner, began calling and texting me the next day because my wife's credit card number wouldn't go through. They had written it down incorrectly. In a text he wrote, We need to get this credit card thing fixed today. I gave him my credit card number immediately and resolved that issue. But when I left Jeff a voicemail to call me as I wanted to give him some feedback, he did not return my call.

So in sum, pretty poor quality work, at a very high price, and sub par customer service.

Yes, David did a very good job of quickly and accurately diagnosing the problem and then fixing the problem in the most efficient way. He also patiently answered all my questions to be sure my husband and I could make the best decision for our situation.

We have used Euro Plumbing for two projects now and have been so impressed. They are punctual, fair priced, professional, and do pristine work. We will always use them for our plumbing issues and projects from here on out!

TopShelf came out to home and provided some electrical services. TopShelf was both professional and arrived on time for my project. They resolved my issues and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

We used High Five to replace three toilets all in one trip. The guys were on time, informative, polite, etc., she they got it all done in roughly 2.5 hours.The only thing I'd note is that I felt like the price was a little high (higher than research let me to believe is typical). I don't know how much faith to put in those numbers, but it did feel a bit pricey to me.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

I had an expensive/complicated shower valve that was making a whining sound. The technician showed up exactly when the dispatch said he would, and he was friendly, extremely courteous, and professional. He quickly said the problem most likely wasn't in the valve, but was related to my home's water pressure and guessed it was too high. Sure enough, he tested our pressure and found that the service line was bringing in almost 30 psi over what most fixtures are rated for. Since our home is older, the system didn't have a pressure reducer on the main line. The technician installed it quickly and cleanly. These guys seem very honest... he could have gotten me for another few hundred to replace the valve thermostatic cartridge too, but he did not. Bell will be my first call next time I have a plumbing issue.

On the expensive side but came out on very cold Sunday to clean drain that was clogged backing up into house. Andrew I think his name was, very Friendly and helpful

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Kyle and Carlos saved the day yesterday when my kitchen sink started backing up and needed to have the line jetted and the plumbing updated. I had another company out before I called Hyper Flow who took apart my plumbing, told me they couldn't fix it or put it back together, and left me without any use of my sink. I called Hyper Flow and they were able to come out the same day, and stayed until the job was done. They were professional, communicated well and were just outstanding overall! I could not recommend this company enough and will refer them to anyone and everyone.

I love their Furnace Rejuvenation!! It saves the furnace and makes sure it is in great shape. For the cost, you can't beat it. Plus, the staff is incredibly responsive and very wonderful to interact with. Shout out to Alex M!

We hired Ruben to take a look at our water heater after we had black water damage. Ruben was quick to respond and quick to take a look at everything. He was half the cost of other big plumbing companies and I felt like he did an even better job than they would have. I dint have to wait to get what I needed and he was flexible with the other contractors. We will be using him again in the future.
