We chose a better Plumer to replace our hot water heater that let go New Year’s Eve. Kyle came to my home and was very professional and took the time to explain things to the uneducated customer. He was fair and honest, did not try and up sell me on anything. Pricing was fair for the holiday / inventory and we are very happy with the result. Thanks Kyle for your help and attention to detail.

The response time, outstanding customer service and professionalism of Ben and Kurt was beyond my expectations. We had a sewer blockage and they got it fixed right away and explained what happened, how to have it not happen again and showed us how our lift station operated. West Tech Plumbing is professional and affordable. They arrived quickly and on-time to clean my drain and did not charge me a trip charge. They did quality work at a great rate and the service was great.

I had an exterior water pipe that broke late night. After calling other companies who wanted to charge extra money to troubleshoot the location of the broken pipe (even though I told them I know where the break was since water was shooting out about 5 feet from the hole in the pipe before turning off the water), I found Mile High Plumbing. Their rates were fair especially for an after hours emergency call.

I called and within an hour Sean came out and fixed it. He was very professional, made sure I understood what was going on, and took time to answer all my questions even though it was 20 degrees outside. Sean did a great job replacing the broken pipe, high quality work!

It's rare these days to find people who care about doing a great job and take pride in their work. Because of my experience with Sean, I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Really pleased with service. They called and asked if they could come a little early which was fine by me. Very courteous, professional, and even had good light hearted humor. They were in and out fairly quickly. Their work offered a 1 year warranty - to fix a leaky outdoor faucet, which they had to get through some mortar to get to all of it. They provided a quote for some other plumbing add-ons we've been considering. Super easy to work with, fairly priced. I've had a hard time finding a plumber I liked since moving to CO 5 years ago. This company was reccomended by people in my neighborhood. I think I've found my new plumbing company!

One star is generous. I just needed a gas appliance moved to have the floor replaced and I was quoted $495. Called my regular maintenance guy and he charged me $65. I mean seriously!!!

Water had backed up in my basement. It drained again shortly afterward so it wasn't a super immediate emergency, but they were out the next day. Turns out some roots had made their way in to my old clay pipes out to the city sewer main. They had me ready to go by that afternoon. They were friendly and professional.
