Kris was responsive and fixed a water heater in a townhome I’m selling. Unlike other plumbers he took the time to explain the potential issues and fixed the part that was broken. In the past I’ve had other plumbers upsell or pressure based on my lack of knowledge.

Jacob came out to look at the main line and then unclogged it. He was professional and very courteous, wore booties inside the house and did a great job getting the line cleaned out. I generally have reservations about hiring out work but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I still have to see how the rest of it goes with the camera inspection but so far I thought Jacob did a great job.

I had an emergency - a gas leak was reported at my home while I was out of state. Xcel shut the gas off and would not turn it back on until the leak was found and repaired. In fact they almost locked out the gas service without my knowledge, which would have left the furnace off and house cold during freezing temperatures. I called Royalty Plumbing and Leon was very clear about my options. In short I took his advice and Leon had the leak fixed and furnace burning within a few hours of my call on a Friday afternoon! I highly recommend Royalty Plumbing!

Their Plumber Anthony is in charge for our corporate plumbing job that should have taken no longer than 10 business days and its way over 90 days now and still have not complete. They are impossible to get in touch with. They dont return calls or texts for days. I WOULD NEVER HIRE EVER AGAIN!
