We had problems with our drain being clogged and our technician came early and he performed his duties very well. He also told us that we still need more to do and it was going to be a little pricey, but the insurance will cover it, so that’s a plus. I would recommend them to others and will ask them for help the next time if it happens again.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didn't give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. This company comes highly recommend, especially if all the employees are like Lance. Thank you!

Royalty Plumbing was recommended to us by a fella that does renovations and uses Royalty Plumbing for all his jobs. I work with a lot of plumbing companies and was very impressed not only in the dispatch but with the technicians that came to my house. What was great is when they were finished not only did they clean up they tested every faucet to get all the air out of the system. These guys know what they're doing and did a very good job

We LOVE our plumber, William Anaya! He has done numerous plumbing jobs at our home over the past several years. He is fast, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Will takes care to make sure we understand what each job entails and gives us a cost & time estimate before starting the work. He has always come in at or under any estimate. He has worked on our tankless water heater, replaced pipework, added new pipes, and helped with other plumbing concerns. Will has also finished and/or fixed issues related to a previous plumber we hired.
He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure things are done correctly. We have referred William to numerous friends and neighbors. People always comment that unlike some plumbers, he shows up when he says he will, and stays as long as needed. We highly recommend William to anyone who needs a topnotch Master Plumber!
