Great service! Kind in explaining the issues and very understanding when I misunderstood a concept. I've strictly used Brothers for a few years now and don't plan on altering course any time soon.

This business is heads and shoulders above any other. Don’t go to Home Depot for a new Water Heater if you got Euro Plumbing around. The best value, the best warranty, the best communication, and the best quality. Hands down the absolute easiest and fair price we have seen for a 40 gallon water heater with installation and warranty. You do not have anything to fear with these guys, they are the best you can do if you’re looking for new water heater and installation.

Jason and Julio arrived early, were very professional and personable and quickly went to work to install an additional dryer outlet so I could use my full size washer and dryer, instead of a stackable unit. Their upfront price quote was very reasonable, and not a range of time scenarios, like some others, but quite precise. They even asked for pictures before they quoted. Top Shelf was able to schedule me within just a few days of my inquiry, and during the busy holiday season. I love that this company is Veteran Owned. He was excellent in explaining everything he was doing & why it was a matter of current codes.Morgan gave me all the various options on the work & had very candid discussion on each option. I would give Morgan Lowell & your company a 5 star rating, as they took care of a senior citizen on a fixed income as best they could.

When I was shopping around for plumbers for a handful of items identified during a home inspection, I was sold on Bruce right away because I appreciated his no nonsense, straight-talking approach to doing business. I felt confident that I wasn't going to get hit with additional charges or have complications pop up during the job (and I was right on that). Bruce was able to get a technician out to my house and give me an estimate the same day I called and then had the job completed within the next week. Bruce and JD worked on my job and were very professional and kept me informed throughout the project.

I spoke with the owner Kyle on a Sunday at 12:30 pm for a clogged garbage disposal, he dispatched Jon Harris to my house in less than a hour to check out what was going on. After fixing a water back up and cleaning the lines he was done by 1:30 pm. Professional and knowledgeable, definitely would recommend.

Professional Plumbers have responded to 3-4 urgent plumbing leaks in about two week's time for properties I manage and they've been able to respond within hours where others were scheduling a few to several days out. Impressive!

In a time when it's hard to get a call back or a confirmed visit from a plumber; Luther was quick to respond and schedule service. They do NOT service anywhere

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Sharon and Golden Hands Plumbing. He's fair, honest, knowledgeable, and a good guy.

We just had Robert install a new Hot Water Heater. He was very informative and helpful while we made a decision on which size to get. He even went and got a drain pan during the job and installed it at a very fair price. He also worked on our drain pipe for our kitchen because we were having issues. I definitely have found the plumber I will always call when I have any issues.

I was pleasantly surprised when they advised me to pursue a warranty claim for the hot water heater repair. I find that to be extremely professional act.
