Our AC broke on a 96 degree day. With two young children, we needed help, and we needed it fast. Bell was able to set us up with a technician the very next day. Jonathan Watson worked quickly and had our AC up and running within a few hours of service. He walked us through the repair process, and was very upfront about pricing—something that I always appreciate. In the event we have another AC disaster, we’ll definitely call Bell again!

Andrei arrived about 30 minutes early for what was to be a routine flush of our 17 year old gas water heater tank. Problems ensued and we ended up needing a new water heater tank. Fortunately he had one on his truck which had positive online reviews and we authorized him to proceed. He communicated very well with us and was sensitive to our situation, leaving us without water for only about an hour. When he finished, he explained about the water heater and we agreed to a longer term maintenance plan. Very positive experience overall.

Thomas and Brian B showed up on time and very friendly. They both were so knowledgeable about anything I asked, I felt very comfortable letting them do the work. They were able to install my toilet and water heater quickly, and even cleaned up the little mess they made. Nobody plans ahead for their water heater to go out, so his fast response and professional work was greatly appreciated.
