Caleb Horn, the tech who came to my apartment from High 6 Plumbing, did an excellent job. I had a running toilet which he assured me did not have to be fixed because it was damaging nothing , and he cleared the line of my sink garbage disposal which was backed up about 10 ft which had occurred with the former owner. It was such a relief to not get any more backup in the sink next to it and the bad smell. He couldn't have been nicer, more organized or more efficient. High 5 is now in my contacts for good. Ann

I worked with Kyle and Carlos on figuring out why my basement floor was wet. I wish I just spilled coffee or something, but apparently one of the sewer lines below the foundation was cracked. They dug up my basement, carefully, to replace the 80 year-old pipe. Carlos has been by a few times to address a couple of minor issues that have arisen. I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, priced fair, and competent.

There is a reason the company is call Quality First Service Group, it's because their quality of service speaks for itself. We have used them to install toilets, a hot water heater, repair the piping to the hot water heater and to install a Halo 5 water filtration system. They are not the cheapest, but when I compared them at least 2 other bids for each job, they were competitive and honest. Do the research yourself, they are worth it!P.S. I had an emergency - a gas leak was reported at my home while I was out of state. Xcel shut the gas off and would not turn it back on until the leak was found and repaired. In fact they almost locked out the gas service without my knowledge, which would have left the furnace off and house cold during freezing temperatures. I called Royalty Plumbing and Leon was very clear about my options. In short I took his advice and Leon had the leak fixed and furnace burning within a few hours of my call on a Friday afternoon!
