Showed up on time, was very professional and loved playing around with my one dog because he had to see who these people were in the house. He and his apprentice both did a fantastic job. He even did a courtesy replacement of an aerator on the bathroom sink that was going bad.

They did a great job, wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the work, the cleaned up after themselves and were competent and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Hector is incredible and I would fully recommend Superior Mile High Plumbing for any and all services in your home or business. I initially reached out to request a quote on some water supply, drain, and gas line issue at my 1920s home. Hector quickly agreed to scope out the job that evening (a few hours after I reached out) and started work a few days later after giving me a competitive estimate.
The originally scoped out work was completed quickly with great workmanship. During the process, a few new issues were discovered and Hector was able to tackle them in stride, even staying late to make sure everything was completed as soon as possible.
His attention to detail, ability and willingness to explain issues/repairs, professionalism, and overall tenacity sets Hector and Superior Mile High Plumbing apart from other companies in the metro area. If you have read this far, don't think twice about choosing Superior Mile High Plumbing.

Jordan and his cousin came into locate and repair a small leak in our downstairs bathroom. They are the most professional and careful plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. They gave me pricing and a quality opinion of how best to fix the leak not just for the short term but also for the long term. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They cleaned up after themselves very well and we’re just really nice gentleman.

Jeff is awesome. I highly recommend using him for any plumbing needs.

Bell Plumbing & Heating quoted me $2,000 to replace one toilet. If you read reviews this type of overcharging seems to be a strategy of this company. It is unfair of them to try to take advantage of people that may not have industry knowledge of cost or the time to deal with an untrustworthy company. DO NOT USE BELL PLUMBING AND HEATING.UPDATE: I did contact customer service but it is inaccurate to say anything was resolved as mentioned below. I did not use Bell Plumbing and Heating for our plumbing repair and will not use them in the future.

Josh is a gem. He was great at troubleshooting an AC unit that wasn’t working. He was able to determine that it was the old thermostat that wasn’t communicating with the unit, so we needed a new thermostat. I was very happy with his professionalism & quick service, and especially glad he didn’t push purchasing a whole new AC. AC is working great!

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

We had a sewer line clog that had backed up our (only) toilet and the bathroom sink over Labor Day weekend. Within less then two hours of calling Hyper Flow on a Sunday, they were at my house with all the necessary equipment. Carlos came and was extremely nice and very professional. He worked quickly, explained everything he was doing, invited my husband to watch the live camera scope and provided us the flash drive with the recording afterwards. Thank you, Carlos, for your outstanding service! I'd highly recommend this company.

Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling. My friend referred me to Service Made Easy. Kris came out and didn’t disappoint! He found a a pin hole leak in my ceiling less than 5 minutes of being in my house. Fair price from a great tradesman! If you want great work, affordable pricing and a jokester in your house, Kris is your man. Thank you. I’ll be calling soon!

Service Network Plumbing and Heating was hired to install a furnace in my new home by the previous owners. I have had two quotes to install an A/C unit and both HVAC companies said they did a very poor job installing my furnace. It will now cost me $1,000 more to install an A/C unit because the new HVAC technician has to correct Service Network's mistakes.
1) Installed a furnace that was to big for my home.
2) New furnace is FULL of dirt because of the way it was pulled through my crawlspace.
3) Air supply and air return too small, flue vent is not pitched correctly.
4) Crew left cigarettes, fast food bags, and trash in my crawlspace. They also left sheet metal and the box the furnace came in for me to dispose of.
I contacted Service Network last year and it was going to take them 2 weeks to come out to evaluate the mistakes they made. The customer service when I called to complain was very poor. I do not recommend hiring this company for any HVAC, A/C, or plumbing services.
