Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Robert Johnson is just one my favorite guitar players. My real name is Richard.We needed somebody to disconnect our sinks, drains, water filters, basically everything for a granite counter installation. We called Quality First because they have no extra charge for weekends.Ross Vickery was the technician that they sent out to our house.He did an awesome job with that. He also replaced a bunch of very old gate valves with new ball valves, updated our water heater plumbing, and came back to re-install everything after the installation, including faucets, water filter, garbage disposal, new laundry sink drain, etc. A lot of work.We found him to be extremely meticulous and serious about his work. He was thorough and double-checked all his work before leaving. He did an excellent job and we hope to have him do all our future plumbing jobs.

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

Called for the $88 drain special. Told them on the phone it was the main drain in the basement floor. Waited 3 hours and the guy showed up. He said or $88 wasn't worth a dollar to him and tried to up charge us to $375 instead. He was extremely rude to my mother in law, telling her his time is worth more then that. Not my fault that's what your company advertises. We told him forget it. Had another company come out. They were able to do it no problem did the advertised price. This was my go to company in the past but will never use them again 😠
