We were told by one technician that there was a crack in the heat exchanger of our furnace, which we accepted. We ordered a replacement furnace and when the second technician arrive to install, he decided to reexamine the furnace, and determined that the heat exchanger was intact after all, and the furnace did not need replacing. He saved us $8,000.00. Very pleased!

Euro plumbing installed our water heater and replaced some valves for us. Val is excellent and even came out again to make some adjustments on our water pressure. I also had Andon come fix my mother’s outdoor faucet and he was great at explaining everything and mindful of the carpet. They are easy to communicate with and highly recommend!

Darrell and Jason from Top Shelf both went above and beyond over the course of three days while working to restore the power I lost to half of my house due to an issue with the main line to the house. They quickly found the issue, worked with the utilities company to get a workaround in place so that I had power during the whole process, and did a great job laying the new line while being careful and respectful to the property. Darrell also did an amazing job replacing all of the really worn breakers in my main electrical panel, and sealed up the box to prevent future weather damage. I will always reach out to this team first for any future needs. I couldn't be more thankful for the help I got from these guys, I really appreciate everything you did!

I called Done Plumbing and Heating for a non-emergency faucet repair. They were very responsive and got me on the schedule within 48 hours. When James arrived at my home he was very polite and respectful and got right to work. Even though my faucet was an off brand and he thought he may have to order the part, he made a phone call and found where they had one in stock. He went and picked up the part, and completed the repair. This was my first time using Done Plumbing and Heating, and I will definitely call again if needed. I called Drains R Us as I saw water in the floor drain in the basement mechanical room by the furnace and hot water heater. I figured that standing water was a sign of a blockage and that the line would need to be snaked. Arch, the owner, called on his way out and informed me from what I was saying it did not seem like the drain needed to be cleaned out and in fact had a pea trap to keep sewer gases from entering my home through the drain. He walked me though how to test his theory by pouring water down the drain and seeing if the water level returned to the same spot. Sure enough it did! Arch saved me the expense of having him come out. I will call him on any future pluming issues! Thanks for the great service!
