Our experience with Bell was excellent. From the start, our project manger, Lance, explained our options and what to expect very well. We had a new boiler installed, moved the entire leaking basement zone from the concrete pad to the walls/ceiling, and replaced radiators. Nate and Derrick worked on the project for a week. They were friendly, professional, diligent and openly communicated their plan and any decision points quickly. We greatly appreciate how they took their time and limited the impact to our drywall as much as possible all while keeping work zones clean. We are incredibly happy with the end result, excited to have heat restored to the basement, and plan to use Bell for future services.

Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Plumbline came highly recommended by a trusted friend, she was correct! I also appreciated that I when called in to make my appointment the friendly ladies told me up front there would be about two week lead time before taking all my information. No doubt Plumbline first and only call from now on.

We’re preparing to move in to a rental home and needed some repairs. One toilet was leaking, the other had a loose toilet seat, the shower faucet needed replaced, and our heat was not working. Our rental management sent out Tony and he fixed everything very efficiently considering the number of items on our list. He was professional, had me test out everything once he was done, and even helped us find our breaker box and furnace (we weren’t sure where these were as we had a “no-contact” tour before signing). Hopefully no further issues, but if there are we hope they contact this company again. Great experience.

Called Done for a second opinion after another company gave me an extremely high quote for a service (that wasn’t even necessary). Done was able to get me in the following business day. Great communication during the booking process. They were on time and fixed my furnace issue quickly. Jamey was kind and professional. I will only be calling Done from now on!

The guys at Denver Plumbing do a good work. Their prices are fair, prompt appointment, friendly technicians who don't leave a mess when the work is done. Will use this company again. Thanks!

They charge 2-3x for a faucet repair and water went everywhere (including into my basement). Would not recommend to anyone.
