Best Garbage Disposal Repair / Install in Aurora CO

Our sump pump horn went off today, we called this company and they were out within a few hours on a Saturday. Our service technician, Jeff, went above and beyond to not have to cut a hole to access our sump pump due to a basement remodel. Would highly recommend!

Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

I spoke with the owner Kyle on a Sunday at 12:30 pm for a clogged garbage disposal, he dispatched Jon Harris to my house in less than a hour to check out what was going on. After fixing a water back up and cleaning the lines he was done by 1:30 pm. Professional and knowledgeable, definitely would recommend.

They were able to come same-day, the technician they sent was kind and professional, he got our problem resolved quickly, and he left the space cleaner than it was when he got there. Would recommend.

This Company is Great! I had a new water heater and toilet installed. They gave me quotes on every job I want to do in the house and I was able to pick which ones I am going to work on and prioritize the rest.Pete Duran, did the quotes and the work which made it super easy. Pete made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions at each stage of the work. I also got to see how Pete interacts with his co-workers, and I'm impressed. Zachary Duran helped out with our water heater install as an apprentice. It was fun to see that process.We also had to do some drywall repair by the water heater, which of course, required the water heater to be ripped out first. Everyone from the scheduler to Pete and Zachary was very flexible with the schedule. It was a huge load off my shoulders, thank you.

Mr. White replaced two toilets and fixed two showers. One shower he did for free as the fix was real easy, but he could have easily have told me $100 or so. Budget a bit more time than one might expect for a job with him because he triple and quadruple checks problems and his work, but that is the type of plumber you really want to have. He could easily have just thrown the toilets into place and left, but that is not the type of work he does.

Absolutely horrible service, and it is too bad that Fidelity National Home Warranty works with this company. Justin came out to look at a faucet and my hot water heater and the information that he delivered to me was completely different than the information the was given to FNHW. When I asked Service Network Plumbing & Heating, INC for the report they gave to FNHW they informed me they don't have report they just called it in. FNHW denied both claims, though they don't have a report or any diagnostics. I was told that the one faucet that is leaking in my home is because the water pressure (the water pressure from the main line, that services 3 other units)
is too high, however, there are 8 faucets in my home and 4 shower heads, and only one faucet is leaking. When I asked why this was, Justin informed me that it could actually be a separate issue. I bought my house in February and when I got my home inspection they tested the water pressure in my unit and it was fine. I was told what needed to be done to remove the smell from my hot water heater is not recommended because the hot water heater is more than 6 years old, so it would need to be replaced, this is in addition to my water not always being hot, and staying cold for long periods of time. The information he gave to FNHW is that after running diagnostics the hot water heater works fine, however there is no proof of said diagnostics. Justin was at my house for less than 10 minutes, and didn't run any other faucets or shower heads.
