employee showed up to drag nasty, wet equipment thought my carpeted house. When I asked about a tarp, they said it was an additional charge. Do NOT believe their site that customer is treated like royalty.

Tyson was right on time. He discussed solutions with me clearly and thoughtfully. He was dedicated and thorough in all the work that he did for me that day. He was respectful, making sure to keep on booties and to lay down protection for my floors, cleaning up everything before he left. He communicated with me frequently to keep me informed of his progress and when we could use the water again. He was also incredibly friendly and engaging. I greatly appreciate all the fine work he did and look forward to working with Brothers again in the future!Addendum: Gannon came out to inspect my air conditioning unit. He was incredibly professional and patient with my questions. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I really appreciate his time and friendliness. Once again Brothers delivers fantastic service that I will be happy to use in the future.

I used Top Shelf to install ceiling fans in three rooms that did not have existing fixtures. An electrician came out for a free estimate, which was reasonable and in-line with other quotes. The electrician was detailed when going over the scope of work. After deciding to go with Top Shelf, the main office was very easy to work with to find a convenient time. The day of installation went fairly seamless. The electrician was prompt, professional, and did great work. I had a follow up question the next day, and the electrician promptly returned by call. I would recommend Top Shelf - they were professional through the entire process and the work was performed satisfactorily.

Journeyman Plumber Doug Brittenham was wonderful. He came promptly at the right scheduled time, discovered the plumbing problem immediately and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. He needed to order parts and did so right away, so our problem was fixed as soon as the parts were available in another day. He got back to us as soon as he got the parts and the fix was done. You may find them to be one of the more expensive options, but we absolutely got what we paid for, and I expect you will to if you choose them as your service provider.Kodiak, Austin, Romeo, JJ, and the rest of the team at Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating & Electric were incredible. They replaced our old AC and furnace system within a day, and worked late into their Saturday evening to make sure it was completed on time even after a few unexpected issues with our home caused a setback. They were respectful and understanding our our request to wear masks while in our home, and the work was done well, and cleanly.

Excellent service and experience with Kyle! He came out the same day to fix my outdoor hose spigot issue after a failed attempt to fix it myself. He was friendly, quick and super professional and did all the work afterhours when he totally didn't have to. I 100% plan on continuing to use this company for all needs in the future. Kyle cares about his customers, is willing to work late to get the job done and makes the experience as pain-free as possible for his customers. While they probably aren't the cheapest option out there, they are close to my house, easy to work with and don't take forever to get out to fix the issue and are reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend this place and the other reviews obviously agree that this is an excellent place to do business with.

Michael came out the same day I called for a broken heater a few days ago. He was knowledgeable, personable, found the problem quickly and got it working again. Michael returned again the next afternoon to do maintenance checks on our two furnaces, which was done efficiently. He explained everything he was doing, talked about prices for services needed and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left (both visits)~ which we are very satisfied! I will be calling Quality First and asking specifically for Michael in the future! Also, Emily in Customer Service is really great, too!

Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.

Bad customer service and poor workmanship .... If you use them you will be sorry !
