Al came out (with a helper whose name I did not catch) and truly did an outstanding job! They worked hard and make sure not to leave us with a problem - or a mess. He was personable and great to work with! We hope to have him out anytime we use King Rooter!

Had a leak in my expansion tank. Called first thing in the morning and they got me in for the first appointment of the day. Dylan had it diagnosed and repaired in under an hour.

These guys are a rip off! I had a Pressure Relief Valve leak in my basement and when I called these guys to come out and get a quote, they charge me over $950... How?! A quick google search shows the part is worth $100 and overall installation usually goes for under $500. The leak was really bad so I had no choice. But the customer service afterwards was terrible. I asked for an invoice and STILL never received one, after speaking to the supervisor multiple times and promising me he would send the invoice and refund me $100.00 to my card, but it still hasn't happened. This is very unprofessional!!! The picture shows the after, definitely not a $952 job...

Zach and Seth did a professional and excellent job tuning and flushing our water heater with terrific advice as well.

Travis, the master plumber, was very helpful in his initial consultation. KC Collins was also very thorough when he came to inspect the line after it was partially replaced.My issue is with the office management. My invoice included a jetting service to clear out the rest of the line, but they did not complete this work. I had to call repeatedly for over a month to get the work I originally paid for to be completed. Beware when you use this company, they might not complete all the work they promise.

I've used To the T Plumbing for a few projects in my house and once again, they did not disappoint! This morning, Max and Will installed a new water heater in my basement. They were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and easy to work with. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the water that had leaked from my old water heater and were very tidy throughout the installation process and removing my old water heater. I truly appreciated them showing up on time and making quick work of the project as well. NextGen Plumbing came and installed a water softner, whole house filter, and ran a gas line out to our deck for our grill. They were extremely professional and provided a quote right away. They offered helpful suggestions and provided advice without being pushy and didn’t try and upsell me like many other companies did. They scheduled the install date and were responsive when I had questions. The day of they showed up on time, worked hard and finished the project in estimated time window. I would recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

We had an appointment scheduled but they contacted us and said they had a earlier opening so we accepted and they came out the next day which was great because our air conditioner wasn't working during a stretch of 90+ days. Billy was right on time, very professional and efficient, he finished the job just under 2 hrs, and then explained everything in the packet and had me sign and updated our email info and said to call if there were any issues. He was friendly and courteous. We were very happy

Daniel our technician was super effective, unclogged a sink and shower drain super fast. But it was his eagerness and kindness to teach me about plumbing and home maintenance that I really appreciated. Our home is old and being our first, I'm pretty uneducated on how to properly keep it all going. He was really nice about it and I will definitely keep done plumbing on my go-to lists. It feels good to be confident in your repair choices, I never felt like I was being pushed into a costly decision. He gave me all the facts and I will have my disposal replaced by them in the near future so I don't have another episode.
