So impressed with all things High 5 Plumbing from first to last exchange. I called this morning at 8 for a second opinion on a repair that Applewood Plumbing had recommended (after not being able to resolve my issue in 2 service calls over 3 weeks). They were able to accommodate my request immediately and Caleb Koff arrived at my home 2.5 hours later, within my window of availability. Caleb was highly professional, personable, engendered a high degree of confidence and best of all, was able to fully and competently complete the repair in 1.5 hours. Applewood told me they would be unable to satisfy the job without cutting a hole in my wall in order to access the plumbing issue and couldn't move forward without doing so. High 5's Caleb, assessed the issue, made the repair leaving an extremely satisfied new customer - all without a hole in my wall! I have joined the High 5 membership club and will loyally use only this team going forward for all my plumbing needs. Applewood has lost this customer. Kudos to High 5, you all have a new fan!

My furnace went. out. 50degrees is to cold this tie o f the year, in the house. A very nice man came cleaned and fix my furnace and I have he. Tipping Hat installed a new a/c and furnace in my crawlspace nearly 4 years ago, and although the price may have been a little higher than anticipated, the units themselves have operated flawlessly. Today they came out for a furnace check-up, arrived on time and finished the job posthaste and were out the door before I knew it. These guys were great! We specifically worked with Garrett who was very professional, on time, and kept us updated with everything. He showed us camera footage of our pipes (before and after), kept me posted on when he would arrive/leave, kept me up to date on everything that would be happening, answered all of my phone calls and questions. Manny installed a water softening and filtration system in our home. He went as far as constructing an enclosure for it as it had to be installed in our garage.

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.
