Shower would not drain. Blew out drains to outside line and installed new main pressure valve. Timely work and excellent job. Technician was excellent and explained everything. From the initial call with Morgan, my entire experience with High 5 Plumbing was outstanding. Morgan scheduled my technician and was very accommodating to my schedule. My tech, Steven, was knowledgable, and professional. He was able to quickly pinpoint what was going on with my basement floor drain, walk me through the steps he needed to take to fix it, and how to care for it after it was complete. He finished in a flash, and everything is working better than it did before. It's obvious Morgan and Steven enjoy what they do, and definitely put the customer first. Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Nick showed up and helped find the leaking pipe in our wall, replaced the pipe and cleaned up in a timely manner. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend Nick from Bell Plumbing and Heating, as well as the rest of the staff that scheduled the appointment and notified me when Nick was on his way.

We were not pleased with the service at Colorado Sewer Service. We were charged twice for the same problem they came to fix. One worker came to unclog a drain in an apartment, could not fix the issue, so they sent a second worker for the same problem. When the second worker tried to unclog it, he couldn't get it to open up either in the first unit and decided to go into the upstairs unit to try from there. This worked and he got the drain unclogged, but when we were billed it was $245 instead of $122. We called to inquire about this and the lady on the phone told us in an uncaring way that because they entered two apartments there's two billing services, regardless of whether it is the same issue or not. We were very frustrated and won't be returning to CSS.

This is complaint about the plumbing industry in general and the price of the work in particular. You cannot get any idea of a general price unless a tech comes out to your property which, of course involves a trip charge. Once there you get your estimate, if you don't like it, well there is your trip charge and you've just added it to the next person who you try to get an estimate from, you are a bit of a hostage. I am asking for an ESTIMATE, not a firm price and while I'm not a plumbing expert, I do have an idea of what the problem most likely is.Now, the job was exactly what I told them when I called to get an appointment. My toilet was leaking at the base and needed to be reset with new wax, exactly what the tech told me upon his inspection (two screws, move the toilet, clean the area, new wax, inspect, replace the wax,, reset the toilet. The valve was 10 minutes start to finish). The tech also replaced the shut off valve and the entire job was done in less than 1 hour, total cost, $634.00.As a customer, your home is leaking, and the person is there, what do you do? If you try another company, which will be the same scenario, more time and expense and the leak continues.NOTE: My tech was polite, professional and a very pleasant individual, his work was quick, efficient and thorough, this is not a complaint against him, but, my god, the cost!At 70 years of age, I can no longer do this work myself and have to rely on others to do what I no longer can. It isn't Tipping Hat per se, it is the way the industry works and a company can do it better if they chose to. I feel taken of advantage of by the whole industry, yes prices everywhere have gone up we all are subject to that, but again, the price for the work done..

Bruce with After Hours Plumbing was great! We had a flooded bathroom that we called after hours. He helped us over the phone to determine the problem and stop the leak, and then came out first thing in the morning to confirm and resolve the issue. Very friendly and prompt service, would highly recommend.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Incompetent techs and even worse customer service!! If you are not pleased with the work the owner will just call and say well call a different company, we don't want to work with you. Our situation is MUCH worse now than it was before they came into our home.
