Best Drain Cleaning Equipment in Aurora CO

Before their work, we had some mild pipe rattling when the sprinklers shut off. They fixed another part of the sprinkler system but the rattling never went away and even started happening when other pipes were in use including the sink and washer. I had to call them back in twice to try to fix it, and they did a modest job but it never completely went away. It has gotten progressively and violently worse over time and when I called them back to fix it they tried to ask for another $1000 in work.Bottom line - this company made my pipe rattling problem worse when it was part of the original work I thought I was paying for, and then refused to remedy the rattling.Do not trust them with your home.

I have used Sharon twice now in the last two months. I first used him on a burst water spigot on a rental property. He came out within 90 minutes on a Sunday morning and had the spigot replaced (and a shut-off valve installed) within a very short time. He was able to work around the water remediation team and we had the water back on for the tenant within a short time.

I was so impressed with his service, professionalism, and responsiveness, that I called him when I had an issue with the kitchen drainage pipe in my own home that was backing up, but on a sporadic basis. I had had one of the big outfits out twice and they had not been able to resolve the issue and kept trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had Sharon come over to check out the issue, but we were unable to recreate the issue when he was here. He didn't charge me for the visit and told me to call him the next time it acted up. A week later the problem came back. He came right out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't try to upsell me and charged a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Sharon and Golden Hands Plumbing. He's fair, honest, knowledgeable, and a good guy.

He is truly out to help his customers make the best decision at the least cost; He spent considerable time explaining things to help us weigh the options. He was thorough, the work was excellent, and to top it, his prices were very fair. Down to earth good guy. We are thrilled to have found him and there is no doubt that he will service all our future plumbing needs.

I wouldn’t hire or work with this company. They came out about a year ago and installed a new water heater for us. After a year the connections have been corroding and after looking at it myself and speaking with another certified master plumber we realized they were too lazy to swap out the old pipes/connections from the old water heater. When we called to inform them about this, they were reluctant and refused to fix it on their expense because “I” was not their customer but the insurance company was. It’s just really disappointing to hear and see that this type of customer service exists. They don’t put you first but are worried about how they’ll make money instead of just providing a quality service.

Truly disappointed to say the least.

My Bradford White water heater started taking longer to heat up but didn’t go out yet which was amazing since it was 18 years old but I did not want to wait till it was an emergency! I got at least 8 estimates before getting the job done and Nate not only services my area in Thornton/Denver but he supplied an estimate through email to swap with another Bradford white and not something I’d get at a store. The emailed estimate helped me to see that is was legit and didn’t make me block off time and pay a fee to have him come see the work which he could do with pictures sent over the phone!! He was not only the most affordable but the most professional and personable of all the technicians I spoke with or had come out. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t waste your time looking anywhere else!!! To the T is a great company with true professionals!

Our technician (Luis U.) was great. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and fixed the plumbing issue.
