Old hot water heater tank ruptured, water pouring from it. Brother's was able to get here earlier than the time they first provided AND installed a new tank the same visit. Johnny was professional and knowledgeable! Took about 3 hours total.

It's a big job but they got it all completed in a day. They left the house and yard picked up and neat. All the old equipment was hauled away and the new system is working beautifully. My mom had another drain cleaning company out to her house. She was told that they couldn't clear the line and that 8 feet of her main sewer line needed to be replaced (for a charge of over $5,000). I called Hyper Flow and they were able to get out to her house the same day for a second opinion. They were successful in getting the line cleared. We were completely blown away by the service provided by this company; they really went over and above for us and we greatly appreciate it. We would highly recommend this company. I had a great experience with A Better Plumber. I bought my house in May 2021 and the water heater had not been replaced since 1991 - needless to say that thing needs to be replaced, but instead of doing a full replacement this time around, I had A Better Plumber simply fix a pinhole leak in one of the copper pipes. Upon fixing the hole I had noticed, the plumber found another and quickly was able to fix that one too at no additional cost! I will definitely be using A Better Plumber once I'm ready for a full system upgrade! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services, these guys know what they're doing and they do it well!

We had a main drain back up and our technician was amazing. I wish I could say the entire experience was great, but at least when it came ti work I was extremely satisfied. There initial call center I called was horrible. I almost hung up on her because she was so rude. However I was standing in water and needed help. I'm glad I stayed on the line, even though her horrible attitude. The service technician, Kevin, was friendly, reassuring and great to work with. He fixed the problem quickly, offered suggestions on how to help prevent this in the future and was just all around great. As long as you can get around the horrible call center, you won't be disappointed.

Nate and Kameron showed up to fix a toilet issue we were having. They arrived on time, and they were diagnosing the problem. What they found was a crack in a brand new toilet. Instead of charging me for something that wasn't right, they didn't charge me at all for any trip fee or wasting their time. These guys were fantastic, on time and super friendly. Excellent work, by a gentleman who was both very polite and friendly. Mainline clogged drain was cleared quickly, at a fair price, with no additional mess left from his work. I'm very happy that our drains are flowing again. I highly recommend Vertex Services for clearing clogged drains!

Poor scheduling and communication. Technicians try and drive up pricing.Unable to perform a simple AC tune up or routine maintenance of a condo air handler. After rescheduling once (not a problem) the technician upon arrival to the second appointment was not able to perform the scheduled tune up due to lack of equipment at a residential property. Simple expectations of being able to perform a tune up and communication to be able to perform said tune up were not performed.This has happened the past three visits including this one and i have worked through it each time. This last time was enough to never go back to this vendor. They have not learned from their mistakes, made improvements to their process, or been able to perform the tasks without a significant struggle each time.

My experience with this company was nothing more than a good experience. The company is very responsive and when they come, they come to fix the problem and to do any necessary testing and evaluating to make sure their repairs are completed thoroughly and correctly. I’ll happily give my recommendation to others.

I called Jimmy Rooter for a slow drain. He came out same day and snaked the drain for us. Would highly recommend. Good prices no BS. Will use again!

Kelly was awesome, he was here so fast. He was very professional; patient and kind with my crazy dogs and kids. He was prompt with the repairs and even took care of a couple extra small things for me that I have needed help with for a long time. I would absolutely recommend this company. The receptionist was also excellent !
