We needed a gas line run to our kitchen to accommodate our new dual fuel range. We called several of the bigger names and got some outrageous bids. We finally found Kris Grimes at Service Made easy. He gave us a very reasonable bid. He did a great job, on time and I will definitely be calling him again whenever I need any plumbing work!

Manny was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered my many technical questions. He was very reasonable regarding my bid, which was in a signed contract not just a verbal guess, Very professional work and to code. Very far above the other plumbers I have had over my lifetime. I learned a great deal but will call Manny for all my plumbing work. I am retired and felt totally comfortable with him in my home and I would leave key for him if I am out next time. Thanks Manny

BEWARE!!! This is NOT Roto Rooter!!
I initially called to get my pipes cleared of roots. I was told that I needed $7000+ repair to fix the problem, or it would be disastrous! I believed the high pressure salesman, and had it done. Now it’s one month later, and my drain is backed up again!! I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come clear the pipe again. I was hoping to ask why they didn’t fix it properly the first time. I’m not terribly surprised that they didn’t show up. Not even a phone call. I feel like I was taken in by a fast talking huckster. High pressure sales and terrible service. No integrity. I’ll be reporting to the BBB.

Lamar was Friendly and very helpful in the process and didn’t a great job and he was also fast! Heat went out not even 12 hours or less they came out to help right away, would recommend to others!

Paul was professional, responsive, and communicated throughout the process. I called him to help unclog a basement drain. He responded and showed two hours later. He was very honest with his diagnostic and recommended a couple other companies that he trusted and worked with in the past as the repairs were out of the scope of his services. Paul was very honest and provided me with other options to minimize the cost. I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We hired somebody off Craig’s list to do our sprinkler system last year and this season we learned why it was so cheap last year. Sure this cost more than the other guy, but it includes a guarantee, work done to code, and a business with a good reputation.

We had an intermittent leak that several other plumbers had been unable to identify. The plumber sent by Done listened to the history, found the potential problem, proved it was an actual problem and made recommendations to prevent it in the future. Very impressive service and value.
