Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

Had a back-up in our mainline on a Sunday before a very busy week. Never used Hyperflow before but it looked like they had good reviews and they were open on Sunday. Jeremy Paez showed up super fast, did a great job outlining what he was going to do, options and cost. Was extremely polite and took care of our problem toot-sweet. I will definitely use them again in the future. Cost was very reasonable for coming out on a Sunday.

Michael was quick to organize his crew to perform an emergency replacement of the main sewer line section. His quote was the best and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When the city delayed the inspection, Michael hounded them so we could stay at the front of the line. Despite the large amount of work, the whole process was very low stress. I am entirely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Michael for future plumbing needs.
