Best A/C Replacement in Aurora CO

I called to get a quote on a new water heater. It's not broken yet just doing preventive maintenance. They said they'd send someone to give an estimate and their website says free estimates. Then when they get here they charge a $50 trip fee. This is completely misleading and dishonest. Saying it's free, then saying you'll send someone to give a quote, then charging is lying. I will never give them my business.

Jose checked all 8 of my fire detectors and replaced those outdated and tested the system. He explained the new type devices and care of my smoke/carbon monoxide detection system in the home, was very respectful and professional.

Really dependable and gives reasonable rates

Plumber was very nice. Cost was higher than expected. Also, I was surprised that they were going to throw away the old faucet and section of pipe. Copper is expensive and easy to recycle.

My experience with the Rejuvenation of my AC/ Furnace was great! Chris did a great job of informing of everything he was doing. The unfortunate issue came up when I needed to replace my furnace and ac unit. I got my estimate and it was reasonable at the time. I wanted to compare the estimate to other companies to make sure I make the best educated decision. The other tech said that his quote was the best and that if I didn’t decide to do it by a EOB with Tipping Hat that it would no longer be available. I’ve been calling to other companies and was surprised that I did get better quotes. It just felt like I was being pushed into something which I thought Tipping Hat prided themselves into not doing.

On the expensive side but came out on very cold Sunday to clean drain that was clogged backing up into house. Andrew I think his name was, very Friendly and helpful

Had a drain on the sewer line in the basement backup early morning. Called HyperFlow based on the Yelp and Google ratings. I called them and Roto-Rooter hoping to get help fast since I couldn't use any water in my house and Hyperflow got here first!

In addition to the quick response, everyone over the phone was friendly and responsive. Carlos was the technician that helped me and he friendly, knowledgable, and capable.

All the work was done at a great price too. I've had other plumbers come in for other tasks that I thought were less challenging/intensive than the power jet work Carlos did and paid twice as much as what I paid HyperFlow.

I called Jason after I had a few other plumbers out. He was honest prompt and he didn’t try and sell me on any bs. The two other plumbers I called before him tried to scare me in to a much larger project then I was ready for. I will always recommend this company.

Great Service! Michael came by Sunday afternoon to take a look and then came the following day to repair the drainage pipe inside the kitchen island. The pipe was replaced and the issue was resolved within a few hours. Reasonably priced, very responsive, I will certainly call on him again if other plumbing issues arise. Everyone from Quality First plumbing was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly! I called to get my condo kitchen sink unplugged/ drained and Shauntelle said she could get someone out there the same day. Other company services I called and have used in the past weren’t able to come out until a few weeks later and obviously a backed up sink needs to be fixed that day. (Of note: This is a common occurrence for older condo buildings and especially corner units; this is the 4th time since living here and it’s not my fault and nothing I can do about it).Excellent communication: I received an update for a time estimate of when a service person could be out there and then another call when he arrived.Problem Resolved: Chris took care of the problem of the backed up drain and even went above and beyond by also helping me with the loose faucet handle by screwing that back on properly. He was nothing but knowledgeable and friendly and asked along the way if I had any questions.I would highly recommend Quality First Services to anyone and would use them again (though I hope I don’t have to).
