I moved into my home a few months ago and it has needed a lot of work to get up and running. So I have called lots of different contractors for various reasons and Brothers has by far been the best to work with. We have had a few other workers come the house that have not been ideal but we have been happy with Brothers everytime they have had to come out.They respond quickly and communicate every step of the process well to you. The people who answer the phone are always nice and helpful. They have been able to move my appointment up to earlier in the week to save me time when I needed it on two separate occasions. The techs that come to your house are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things more than most contractors I've dealt with do and will be upfront about what things costs prior to work being done. You can certainly find cheaper contractors out there but I have happy to pay more to know I am getting quality service from a person who knows what they are doing. I have been using them for plumbing and HVAC so far with no complaints and will be using their electrical services soon.Shout-out to Mike B, Joe & Jayson for helping us get new gas pipes installed and getting heat back to the house quickly. Great experience from my initial request until completion of installation. Andor was prompt courteous and really went the extra mile answering my questions. Protected my carpet and flooring. Would highly recommend this company. Very transparent from start to finish.

Ryan is the best!

We hired High 5 Plumbing to move our sink plumbing and water lines over about 6 inches to accommodate our new kitchen cabinet layout. Ryan was our plumber and he was great! Extremely professional and helpful. He got the job done and was patient while we maneuvered the new sink base over the new plumbing before finishing his work. I can't speak to rates as this company was recommended to us and we didn't get other estimates, but they were great to work with, very responsive, and we felt confident in the work that was done.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Overpriced, they raised their prices significantly from prior years. No longer a good value in my opinion.

We were recommended to Colorado Sewer Services by an owner's father (father in law) for a preventive sewer check. We were charged double what we've paid in the past several years and for the same amount of feet to clean the sewer line. Hence, I left a message with the manager asking why so much more than all the other sewer companies as to what their experdise was. He never returned my call. Susan Vick

I had a completely new HVAC system installed by the Tipping Hat team this week. Expensive, sensitive home uograde that we do not take lightly. This required some extensive planning and modifications to my existing infrastructure and home. The team starting with sales through plumbing, electrical, install and more were great overall. They showed care from the beginning regarding my concerns and wishes and were quick to modify things as I requested. They work long hours and deal with a huge flux in temps day to day. They could have cleaned up better in the end, but that is my only negative comment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Jesus did an amazing job!! Very professional, was done in a timely manner, no hidden fees!!! He was on time and also answered all of our questions. As first time home owners we had no clue what any of this was and Jesus made sure to explain in detail. We got other quotes from others that weren’t happy to answer questions and their prices were overwhelming!! Definitely recommend this company!!

Severely clogged kitchen sink on Christmas eve. Jeremy arrived on time, and he was just awesome. Extremely polite and professional, he did fantastic work, and explained everything to me as he worked. The price was fair, and I would not hesitate to use Hyperflow again in the future.

Manny installed a water softening and filtration system in our home. He went as far as constructing an enclosure for it as it had to be installed in our garage.

He is an absolute professional. He is truly a Master Plumber as he is extremely knowledgeable. Not only that, but he genuinely cares about doing an exceptional job. He treats his client’s homes and projects as if he was working on his own.

I will certainly be utilizing his services in the future and will recommend him in the future to my own clients, friends, and family.

Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
