GREAT SERVICE!!! Had my water heater go out Sunday. Called Balkan on Monday afternoon after waiting for a few other companies to call back (never happened). Took my call immediately, sent pictures of my tank and gave me estimates over the phone. Tank was replaced the next day. Another company did returned my call the next day, their price was higher. My advice.......go with Balkan!

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“

David and his team did great works, were flexible with my schedule and his prices were extremely reasonable. After dealing with expensive folks like Quality First who did their best to upsell me and pressure me into hiring them, dealing with MTS was a breeze. If I have future plumbing issues they will be the first people I call. Would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

Very impressed with this service. We are first time homeowners and have been told to watch our for high priced and dishonest utilities companies but we had a great experience with this one. James showed up within 1 minute of the scheduled service time. Was courteous and professional. Fixed our issue as well as explained the problem. Would recommend and will be using for any issues that may arise in the future.

They charge 2-3x for a faucet repair and water went everywhere (including into my basement). Would not recommend to anyone.

Wayne came out to install a water shut-off in our kitchen for our new refrigerator and he did a great job. He was on time and very efficient in his work. I will be calling Wayne on my next plumbing issue.

My son recommended Mr. Fix It and I was very pleased with his professional manner.

So friendly, and knowledgeable! We metADP from a home warranty referral and now will only use them whenever possible. Andre is a very resourceful plumber and we are so lucky to have his help on our extensive plumbing issues.

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

What can I say? Every time I call Oracle Plumbing they are quick to answer the phone. When something is scheduled, always on time! Professional and knowledgeable in the industry. Usually next day. Oh and yea, they can fix anything and won't leave until the job is done to satisfaction!

Technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. We both got a little worried that the plug was not going to clear but right when we both were about to give up hope it worked. I have used this company before and they may be a little higher priced than others but there is never any extra charges. I would highly recommend.
