Scott has done work for my business and personal home for years. I trust him to diagnose and only do the work necessary to fix the job. A lot of the big guys want to immediately replace water heaters, AC units and furnaces right away because they sell them and make huge markups on the parts and labor. That's why I always reach out to Scott first, he's a straight shooter and good guy.

Paul was professional, responsive, and communicated throughout the process. I called him to help unclog a basement drain. He responded and showed two hours later. He was very honest with his diagnostic and recommended a couple other companies that he trusted and worked with in the past as the repairs were out of the scope of his services. Paul was very honest and provided me with other options to minimize the cost. I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Todd's replaced my water heater back in February (lost the link till now). I highly recommend them. After contacting Chris he got back with me promptly with a reasonable quote and Alan came out a couple days later (I was not in a hurry) to replace my water heater and my house main water line valve. Alan was both friendly and professional. When he was delayed coming out to my house he called to inform me of his delay. He did a great job installing the heater and main valve. He took care to protect my carpet and stairs and clean up the work area. A couple of days later when I noticed a slight leak in the main valve I called Chris. I think he was busy and forgot to notify Alan (no worries). So after not hearing from them I called Alan directly and he came over the next day and tightened the main valve. All in all a good experience and a good product.

Kevin and his team were amazing. Our hot water heater went out Sunday and they were able to get a new one installed by Tuesday. I spoke with Carol in the office and she was so nice and helpful.. WE will definitely be calling them in the future! The price was amazing and the service was top notch!

Brad Boyd was very knowledgeable although still required some persuading about where the problem lied. He followed up the previous guy who came and did not resolve the problem.I did not want to tell him his job but did have some insight since this was a repeat clog that was not handled well the first time and the second.Overall I was happy with his work. The problem was resolved, he gave good advice at a reasonable cost.Thanks

Highly recommend! Pro Innovation Plumbing replaced a sprinkler system supply line that ruptured under our concrete front porch and caused our basement to partially flood. The business owner, Gerson Garcia, was very helpful and proactive in suggesting the most efficient way to route and install a new supply line at far less cost than it would have been to repair the old one.

These guys are the best. They figured out a mystery plumbing issue in our kitchen line that we had been trying to figure out for months and stumped three other plumbers. Nelson Millas is also incredibly friendly!
