We are really impressed with his responsiveness, work ethic, professionalism, and his vast body of knowledge. For each project, my wife and I would ask Timothy approximately 53 questions, and he would clearly and concisely answer all of our questions with patience and kindness. I needed some drain cleaning to be done because it kept backing up in my basement and I believe his name was Ron who was the plumber that came out to my house he explained thoroughly every thing that he had to do and as he was doing it. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. I was very pleased he not only solved the problem but he also explained everything in great detail which helped me as I have no knowledge or experience with plumbing.
