Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Mike Salazar from Home Town Plumbing came out with only about an hour’s notice and cleared my main line. My showers and toilets were all backed up, so to me this was an emergency! He immediately knew what to do and quickly took action to clear it. He even had to move my newly planted flowers to get his machine in the right place, but he carefully dug them up and placed them to the side, without damaging them. He has been in business for many years and definitely knows his plumbing! I won’t hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issues. Thank you Mike!

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We called for help with the toilet in our kids bathroom. When I called I was quoted a max of $250 for the entire service. The first time they came, they did not fix the clog and charged us $175. I immediately called and told them it wasn't fixed. They came out again and not only didn't fix the broken toilet once more, they also broke another toilet in our third bathroom. They fixed the third toilet and didn't charge us for that repair but they also left porcelain shards all over the floor and badly scuffed up and ruined the wall behind the toilet. In the end, they charged us almost $500 and the toilet I called about is still broken. They gave us a quote for another $600 to complete the repair. Beware of being overcharged and your repairs not being complete. I spoke with the company twice and asked for the charges to be lessoned and they did not comply. What bad service. We will find a different company to help us with our plumbing needs in the future.
