Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Had a gas leak on a Sunday. Joe came out the same day to inspect and give me a price. He was out the next morning to repair and took care of scheduling the inspection with the city until it was passed and the gas was back on. Price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to explain the issue and help to get everything done as efficiently and least costly as possible. I would highly recommend!

The water service line from the street into my house was leaking somewhere underneath my circular drive way. I knew the repair could be very expensive so I called four plumbing companies for estimates. Some wanted $68 to $250 just for an estimate. The owner of GFB came out the same day I called for no charge. He clearly new his stuff and gave me a firm price with no hemming or hawing. The next day he and his right hand guy came out and did the repair in one day including mixing up a small batch of concrete to repair the driveway. They ran into a small unforeseeable problem but fixed it and stood by their original price with no hassles. It's been a month and the repair has held up beautifully. Good guys, doing good work, for a good price.

I am very pleased with BlackTie's service. From Larissa and Kendra in the office to Jesus who came out to do the dirty work, the entire operation was smooth and fast. Larissa and Kendra explained step by step what would be going on and were knowledgeable with the repair. I was concerned because I noticed my water leak during the freeze here in Texas. I knew plumbers were going to get slammed and I was afraid it would be a while before BlackTie could come out. However, before Jesus even came out to perform the Cleanout Install, Larissa scheduled the leak repair for the same day. Jesus explained in detail how he would perform the Cleanout Install. He then found the water leak right away but did not have the part to fix it. Even though it was late in the day and he still had to drive three hours back to Houston, he went to get the part so that he could complete the job that day. recommend. I had one of the best repair/HVAC work experience. The repairman was through in his assessment and took the time to explain the repairs/recommendations. From scheduling the appointment, work report, and paying my bill I was impressed with experience.

Matt is friendly, punctual, honest, and professional. He quickly took out my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He also fixed a leak in my hot water line fast. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving.
