If you own a home and you need honest people who care about their customers , this is the company you HAVE to call! We had a leak in our shower behind the wall and Mark came out to test things out. Turns out the only thing wrong with it is the seal around the shower needs to be done again. That's all !! Later that day Austin came out to run a line through our roof because the washer was spitting out water from the pipe. He fixed the problem right away while another company tried to rip us off. He made sure everything was in working order and double checked before he left. I REALLY appreciate good honest people that earn their business the right way. This company is our go to plumber from now on.

Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

I CALLED THEM OUT TO UNPLUG MY SINK AND WASHER DRAIN. THEY WERE ON TIME , QUICK TO FIND WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS, AND CLEANED IT OUT, ALL IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

We have used AAA Auger for over 10 years. My husband called them for an emergency on the Sunday before Thanksgiving… they arrived fixed the problem and there was no weekend extra charge. We have used them ever since! Really liked Eugene and Paul!!

Good people, on time and quick,professional work

Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

What a joke! After they made an appointment through my warranty company (First American), they no called/ no showed. When I called the warranty company, First American said Black Tie is saying they never made the appointment.
Not everyone has the ability to take off work (now for 2 different days) to sit around for a no call/ no show!
What a waste of time. You should be ashamed and embarrassed!

Bradley and Jim took good care of my Water Restoration project, flooding from the Hurricane. Bradley and Jim responded when I called. They took care of and made it as easy as possible. Definitely would endorse them to anyone! Bradley and Jim are the best!

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!!
