They repaired my water leak and found that my house’s plumbing was not up to par and not insulated. They recommended a repair plan and gave me different options.

I have used them multiple times for plumbing issues with my home and at my place of business. They are efficient and great to work with.

Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

Water heater services provided by Ground Up Services were great. Soon after installation an issue came up and the technician immediately responded and fixed it. Prices were very reasonable and much better than other competitors. I recommend this company.

The team was very professional and they did a awesome job and cleaned after the job was done. Highly recommend them.

Very good communication with Thomson Plumbing Service.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast. We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

We are remodeling our bathroom and we need to do some plumbing work so we called 3 plumbing companies to ask for estimates as everyone knows estimates are asked to compare and choose the most convenient!
My husband told them what was the purpose of the estimate.
One of the companies happen to be S&T plumbing llc. Located in Irving. They came give us the estimate, much higher price than the other two companies so since we didn't take it we were asked to pay $65. service fee.
I consider it very unprofessional. He should of at least tell us that he was going to charge us for the estimate.

They were good and very nice overall to deal with. We needed plumbing work ASAP and I talked to a lady who was very nice and she said she would have someone call me right back. I had to call them back and I talked to the owner's son. He was very nice and tell him I decided to go with Roto Rooter because I needed someone that day and could not wait however I ended calling Atlas back because the Roto Rooter guy (he was very young) could not tell me who I needed to fix my sink that had fallen. The owner's son at Atlas took the time and explain to me who I needed and gave me a recommendation. Unfortunately I ended up getting someone else to fix the sink and I called Atlas the very next day to hook up the sink and a new garbage disposal. However the part I am not the happiest with Atlas has to do with the plumber himself because when I asked him about a part in the sink if he had match to the part he said yes, but his part didn't match my sink. He was very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He did do a great job otherwise but I could have done a better job replacing the part to my sink by going back to Lowe's and getting the part myself. Am I happy with Atlas and their customer service? Yes for the most part but if you want parts to be matching inside your sink I suggest you buying the pieces yourself and handing it to them because they won't have it otherwise. They are very accommodating when you need someone ASAP and helpful too!!!!

Fabian,did an amazing job. His indept explanations on what I need to have done on my unit to keep it in good working condition as well as improvement, and listed them in the order of the service needed,
Allowing spacing for the repairs according to my budget. This was the first time that I felt a service tech really consider all of my service needs with my budget in mind and how I could accomplish, all that my home needed with out being overwhelmed. By the cost. The fact that he took the time to explain what, why, and the plan to accomplish the goal in a manner I could understand, it makes all the difference between good service and excellent service. Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. Best plumbing business and staff I have encountered in years!!!

Gladimir was amazing. He showed up on time, had a lot of knowledge, found the problem quickly, and was super kind and respectful.

Our 20+ year AC went out the day before Labor Day. Called ARS in the middle of the night and they promptly returned my call. Was hoping to make it through the summer in Texas heat without having to replace the unit. They dispatched a service technician early on the morning of the holiday. He repaired the old unit but since it was so old and already not cooling as it should, we decided to consider replacing the unit. ARS Salesman Kevin came out on the holiday and discussed options. He was professional, answered all our questions and was not pushy. We selected a new HVAC and it was installed the following day. I would recommend ARS.
