JR is wonderful and knows everything about faucets and even taught me a thing or two. He's like old school plumber and takes pride in his work. I can not say enough good things about KO! I had already booked them for several projects when the day before they were to come my hot water heater went out. Well not only did they replace that, but still completed allll the projects I had for them. Even with problems because I bought the wrong type faucet, they completed them all.
