Mark (the owner) and Larry showed up exactly when he told me they would, fixed my tub in minutes and gave me an estimate on site. After talking to other companies for the same work Marks company was half the price of anyone else! Going to use them from now on.

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

Calling the main office was pleasant very friendly staff and our rep Jen was very sweet and compassionate. She understood our urgency and was very communitive, kept us up to date and in the loop which means so much to a worried homeowner. Matt Wise the VP of Operations and Sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You could tell Matt genuinely appreciated our business and wanted to help. Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.

Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.

Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

As a home owner, you hate to need to call a plumber on a Sunday after one of the guest coming to a birthday party at your house alerts you to the water running out of ground and into the street. But since I did, my first and only call was to Chris. He got me fixed up better than new. I really appreciate that they where able to respond quickly, explain clearly what the issue was and also give us a very fair price on the repair. I don’t want to need them, but when I do, they’ll get the call.
