I CALLED THEM OUT TO UNPLUG MY SINK AND WASHER DRAIN. THEY WERE ON TIME , QUICK TO FIND WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS, AND CLEANED IT OUT, ALL IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.

Called them at 8AM and someone was out to my house by about 9:30AM. They cleared a stubborn drain and did an excellent job fixing it. This was my first time to use them. I would highly recommend. Very reasonable prices and top notch service.

Highly recommend Michaelangelo Plumbing! Prior to contacting them, we had 4 others companies out...none of them seemed to want the massive job we had. They either didn’t give us a quote or would say, “I don’t know when we could start the job...could be several months”. We had no working master bath and they wanted us to wait months, which we figured would drag on. Michaelangelo Plumbing came out assessed the work needing to be done and gave us a thorough quote with options. Once we decided on the plan of action, the work started in less than a week. Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. Way more knowledgeable than the other plumbers I've had experience with, they get the job done! And they even told me that because it had been within a year since they last came over, that it was free of charge! Even though it wasn't their fault they had to come back (I had to show proof of their visit and it was the same toilet). I swear I'll never use anyone again. And when I called to schedule something but they were booked for the day- they actually called me back and notified me that someone else canceled so I didn't have to wait until my scheduled appointment the next day- they could do it that day. I thought that was awesome.
