We had a new faucet installed on the upstairs bathtub. The plumber forgot to install a seal on the new bathtub faucet, so when the tub was filled excess water leaked behind the tub and down into the first floor ceiling. While the plumber did come to fix the issue, they were adamant that they were not to blame for the water leakage and refused to pay for any damages.

The service guy Andres Medina was very kind and professional. He explained everything step by step and cleaned as he went. I would recommend him any day.

The team was excellent. Fantastic customer service. They came out on New Year’s Eve to make the repair. Walked me through everything in case the Atmos tech didn’t arrive before they left. I had paid them and they were fixing to leave when the Atmos tech showed up. They then came back inside to relight all of the appliances and make sure everything thing was working properly. They could have easily just driven off and left me to do everything but they didn’t.

Justyn Challis was on time and friendly. He was thorough and explained what he saw so I could understand it. Very professional
