i’d love to support farmers branch plumbers, but good luck hearing back from these guys. have tried more than once to get them out for jobs and have yet to get anyone to return a voicemail, text message or email.

We had to have the septic tank drained and they needed to change the lid. They were super professional and friendly. Explained everything they were going to do before they did it. Gave us options. Worked fast and diligent. Cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed!!!

I visited my Grandma in Grand Prairie about a month ago. During our stay, she got a leak in her kitchen and we needed to hire a plumber to help her fix the issue. I contacted the company and they came right away even though it was late at night. It turned out that small leak was caused by a bigger issue. The plumber explained to us the situation and within a few hours everything was resolved. I am just glad some plumbers are willing to come out that time of night. I highly recommend this company
