I discovered on a Sunday morning at 10:30 AM that our yard was flooded, and water was pouring out from the shut off box. The plumbers arrived very quickly and worked on the problem, which turned out to be serious, for 7.5 hours. They had to dig at least 3 feet to find the leak but never gave up. They kept us apprised of their progress and were so calm and friendly, even when they were literally working in a ditch, covered in mud, and neighbors were continually quizzing them on their progress. They fixed our leak, and the price was not bad. I thought it was going to break us, being on a Sunday, but they gave us a break instead due to the length of time the problem took to find and repair. This is the second time we've used Reeves Plumbing, and these guys are the best!!!

Thoroughly impressed with our experience today. Christian was knowledgeable and professional and took the time to make sure we understand our options for the repair. We will definitely use using Roto rooter again.

Ray rebooted our system, cleaned the coils and installed a overflow safety shutoff for us in about an hour. He explained everything he did and made sure we understood. We will definitely ask for Ray each time.
