My water heater was running slowly, and I didn't know what to do or where to go until I found this Plumbing repair near me, and they return my unit looking brand new.

Do NOT use this plumbing company; they are rude and WILL let you down! Our kitchen sink was backed up the night before a huge birthday party at our home and I contacted GFB for a Sat am appt the night before. I was told 10am. The plumber didn't show up until 1pm after 2 phone calls to the dispatcher. He wanted to back up into the driveway and I was getting ready to run party errands. The plumber literally waited 5 mins after being told the situation and yelled out his window while driving off to Get yourself another damn plumber. Did I mention he was blaring his horn while my mother and I were coming down the driveway; I was shocked at his aggression. SO DISRESPECTFUL after we waited 3 hours after our appt time. Use another plumber there are SEVERAL out there. This guy doesn't value the customer so what kind of work can you really expect from a person with that type of integrity?!!
Update 3/21: I find it interesting that the wife of the plumber responded to this online review weeks later but never called to apologize, reschedule and straight up did not answer her phone when her husband took off leaving us in a serious bind. She was not present when this incident occurred so i will clarify as I was there, he waited literally 5-7 min for me to pull out the driveway. I find her negative embellishments about me entertaining and another indicator of this company’s poor customer service. I’m done responding I just really don’t like when people lie.

The team packed the yard up tight after the repair and left the house spotless after working under the access floor. If you need work done, and more importantly need it done right, then Gabe and team are the folks to call.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. Call and have Wendy take care of you. She is the best :)

Fantastic work, honest and very knowledgeable and professional. My elderly mother who lives in a high rise just called to tell me how pleased she was. They fixed a Singing toilet that three plumbers previously had failed to repair, they fixed a garbage disposal that had a screw jammed under the blade as well as a shower leak. Reasonably priced.

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

Needed a Gas Line added to the kitchen. I was presented with a couple of options, and we looked at them both. The construction of the house precluded the interior extension - it would have required extensive renovation at a considerable expense. We chose the exterior route, knowing that it would involve excavation of a trench. The price was very fair, and in line with other quotes we received. I was very impressed that I received confirmation from the owner, and the work that was done was excellent. Super impressive!

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. Well we accidentally lost a Hot Wheels car to the main shower drain and began backing up... Needless to say another company came out the day before and flat out said no can do and that we would need to bust up the shower slab up to retrieve the car and would need a full concrete slab repair. Well at a cost close to $5k... I decided to call Nikki's for a second opinion and they sent someone out this morning in less than 30 minutes. Car retrieved and water is flowing smoothly!! Please call this company for assistance. Nikki's not only saved us thousands of dollars and weeks of headaches, they were really kind, fast and efficient. I also had them replace an outside hose bibb the same day as well.
