Best plumber in irving. Totally recommend!

We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

This company will be my 'go to' plumbing company from now on! I had a problem with my hot water heater and called my home warranty company who allocated another plumbing firm. Their technician failed to even open up the unit before coming to the wrong conclusion about what was wrong with it. Having been without hot water for 2 days I called S+T Plumbing as a local company for advice. We’ve used these guys several times now and they are fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. They were quick to help us with a water main break and saved the weekend for us. They were also quick to help with a pipe break this last freeze, and literally saved Christmas at our house that day because of their responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Sent two plumbers but only quoted one. Charged for 2. Spent an hour reading the instructions for a simple replacement. Couldn't figure out how to restart the water.

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Nikki was amazing from start to finish! Fair pricing and very clear explanation of charges. We had leaks under our house that was causing major foundation issues. Nikki and team we able to figure out where the busted pipes where under the house and repair them! Fingers crossed that was the only issue with the foundation.
