Best Hot Water in Irving TX

Fast, honest, and reliable. We had a clogged kitchen drain past the access point. He came out and also helped us discover we had a 2nd access to the drain that was under a rock. We did not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. i would have had to pay more for other folks who were not even master plumbers.

Fantastic service, I've had them out a few times over the last couple of years. Friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the ends and out of the profession. There's only a handful of people I trust working in my home and they are definitely at the top of the list. I would recommend their services to anyone that wants a dedicated professional plumber. Worked with Brian and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor I’d never met. Prices were as advertised, disclaimer of potential additional costs for the job were given before arrival (just a few bucks in parts that he went to Home Depot for and showed us receipt ((even told us he didn’t use certain parts and didn’t charge us for them)) only like a $40 difference).

We didn’t have the most typical of situations, but he offered a legit solution that would keep us within the original quoted price. Let us know the pros and cons of each choice.

Job was done quickly and professionally. Brian even check back a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

I would recommend these guys to my family and friends. A+++ service.

Worst driver on the road. Will force you off the road just to make their turn. Litterally no regard for anyone's safety. I called to inform them of their driver. Turns out it was the owner. Don't make last minute decisions when driving. If you miss your turn then you need to drive until you can make a legal u-turn. Pay attention to road signs and learn to read them.

We had a leak under the slab of our house, a real beast of a plumbing issue for sure. We'd already been burned by another big-name plumbing company, but we saw right away that Links is different. They showed up ready to tackle the job; spent hours/days working on it; were completely professional through the whole process. I would trust these guys with any plumbing issue I have from now on -- they'll be my first call. Worth every penny for a quality job done.

I have used Curtis at Atlas for years. He has left Atlas, and my first experience with their new plumber was terrible. He spent three hours looking for a leak I have in one bathroom and trying to find out why I had no water pressure in another bathroom. He found no cause or solution for either, but charged me $500., so I paid $500, and have nothing resolved. I will not be using Atlas in the future.

This plumbing company is the real deal. They helped me with a water leak in my bathroom and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and always kept me informed. Highly recommend!

Very professional and arrived exactly on time. Had a pretty significant leak behind my washer and they were able to repair it same day. Will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Used First American Home Warranty due to a bathtub leak soaking my carpet. Plumbers arrived with boots on, walked across my carpet. Spent about 10 minutes and told me I lacked calking. I asked them to stay while I refilled the tub. They just drove away. I had the calking fixed, carpet soaked again. On my own, I found 2 screws mounting the overflow valve and tightened them. Fixed the problem. Took me 10 minutes, right in front of me. First American refunded my money when they discovered just how bad these guys are. Run, don't let them in your house.
