Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

We had a plumbing issue that we just couldn't fix ourselves. This company was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and at a fair price. The team was professional, courteous, and provided us with great customer service. We will be using their services again in the future.

I called super early on a Sunday and Tyler answered my call immediately. From that call alone, I knew service would be top notch. Many plumbing companies advertise 24/7 service, but when calling trying to schedule an urgent appointment, you get told you'd have an answer in 3 hours. Tyler was great, gave me clear instructions on availability of reps and told me when I could expect service. Eric was my plumber, and he did and amazing job! Showed up on time, analyzed the situation, knew exactly what he was doing, gave me the costs per service as well as options, did his thing, and resolved the problem in a matter of 30 minutes. I'm making AAA Auger my immediate go to company for plumbing services. I'm highly satisfied with their work! Also, they provide warranty, which is always a plus.

Matt is friendly, punctual, honest, and professional. He quickly took out my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He also fixed a leak in my hot water line fast. He did excellent work, and cleaned up afterwards, too. He has reasonable prices, and I will definitely keep him as my go-to plumber. Thank you for an awesome job, Texas Blessed Plumbing! We've used this company for almost 10 years now and they've done a number of rehab & improvement jobs over this time (pipe lining, fixed leak in yard from meter to the house, new fixtures, etc). Recently, we had a plumbing problem that popped up with a job from 9 years ago and they stepped and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't imagine how they could've done a better job! Highly recommend them!

I called on a weekend at night and was told it was a 6-7 hour wait. My technician Steve was there in an hour!!!! He was very quick and very informative. He was personable and professional. My sinks were fixed and cleaned and draining within an hour! I highly recommend Roto Rooter!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it. We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake. The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.
