Best A/C System Repair in Irving TX

A pipe in our garage burst during the big freeze. After our home warranty company (Landmark) completely dropped the ball about getting someone out to help us - after having our water shut off for nearly 24 hours - Mark got us fit in and Austin came out and made a thorough, and reasonably priced repair. I'm sure they were overwhelmed with plenty of similar jobs, but they still made time for us and got us up and running again. Austin was extremely professional and conscientious. I would not hesitate to call Mark Ondras Plumbing again. Almost glad our warranty company messed up so bad about getting a contractor out to see us, or we would have never found these guys on our own.

I had a kitchen faucet leaking and didn't catch it in time before water damage had affected the bottom of my cabinet. Jamie for IC-Plumbing was on time , quick and professional ! I feel he went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family 😁

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I needed a toliet unclogged. I called JPS. It was time to replace a toliet. I called JPS. So when I had a major plumbing issue - I called JPS. One half of my home’s sewer lines replaced. The hardest part of getting the job done was getting my finances in order. And praying the rain would ease off. JPS got my home back to better than normal after not having one of my bathrooms for almost 2 months. Not once did I worry about leaving their crew in my open home while I was at work. I called around 8:30 am to get a plumber to unclog our toilets in our office. Tammy answered the phone and was so helpful and polite. Juan and his helper showed up at the office within 45 min of me calling. They were both very efficient and polite. They unclogged the main line of our toilets and were gone within 30 min. The price was very affordable, I was definitely expecting a high bill considering me needed someone so last minute. If you need a plumber I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Most plumbers are booked currently due to the recent snow/ice storm. Found these guys online using #dallasplumber on Instagram. I called these guys at 5 am. Not only did they answer my call but they accommodated to our urgent situation. Plumber arrived by 10 am. Luckily the issue turned out to be small. He answered our questions and gave us options.
