We had a large exterior PVC drain for yard run off that was backed up. They were able to come out next day, arrived when they said they would and gave us several options from temporary to permanent fixes. Truly appreciated their time and expertise and not feeling pressured to make a decision right then. Didn’t charge us for their time to use the camera to look through the pipe which I thought was such a professional thing to do considering they weren’t 100% what a fix would be until they excavated the area.

Dustin did a great job with my repairs. He was on time, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. His work was exceptional and I have been very pleased with the outcome.

When I called on 2/19/21, after the winter storm Gunner answered the phone and advised that they had been closed as well, but asked my issue, my name, address and phone number. He advised that he would call me back by end of business. A few hours later I received that call advising a plumber would be out the next day!! WOW!! On Saturday, the next day the plumber was here to fix the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I will definitely use Smith for all my plumbing needs.

Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself.

NIKKI to the rescue. Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local! Support your local businesses! You should use Nikki’s for ALL your plumbing needs!!

Great people skills and highly skilled in his field

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. All I needed was a simple shut off valve replaced but the tech tried to up sale me with over $2400 of unnecessary work before he would do anything. He then charged me $149 for the trip after I refused the $2400 deal. I tried to get the matter resolved with the office by phone and email but to date, have not had a response. I would not recommend this company for any work. They are a complete ripoff.

Easy, smooth, simple, wonderful! I would highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing of Texas. I had water leak on hose bib. Michael was very polite, professional and did a great job. He replaced frost spigot with minimum mortar damage. He gave me winter plumbing tips how to keep pipes from freezing. Job was done in less than 20 mins. I could not be happier. If you have plumbing issues Cathedral Plumbing of Texas is the place to call. They are all very nice in the office. Customer service was amazing.

Kevin was very professional, respectful and took the time to understand what I needed and then explained what he was going to do. His work was well done and I think the bathroom was cleaner after he left than when he got there. I will ask for him by name on all future repairs.
