Called to schedule an appointment they said they would be out later the same day. They texted me about 5:00pm to say they were hung up in traffic in Ft. Worth and would the next day work. That’s ok and I texted him back to say I would be home after 11:00am he texted back ok. He called at 10:48 today Ian’s I couldn’t get my phone I called back at 10:52 no answer texted him no response. I’m leaving this review at 5:57pm no answer back. He just blew me off.

Always prompt, always answer all questions. Brought wrong water heater, and one technician stayed to take out old one while other went and exchanged wrong one. Had a low hanging tree branch over driveway that scraped the truck and they even trimmed it for me!

Technician was punctual and handled the job quickly. Solved our drainage problem at an affordable price.

Went above and beyond to assure we have a/c in this 105 deg heat.
He arranged for the install crew too also replace thermostat wire.

We were having issues with our sink that they installed a month ago. The hot water had a slow stream. Brad showed up to fix the sink and it just so happened he had installed the new faucet. Brad was very nice and I was not having a great day as my Mom had passed away and I was missing her and very emotional. Brad took the time to fix the faucet and also to talk with me a few minutes and I felt better when he got ready to leave. Brad will always be welcome at our home!
