When I called on 2/19/21, after the winter storm Gunner answered the phone and advised that they had been closed as well, but asked my issue, my name, address and phone number. He advised that he would call me back by end of business. A few hours later I received that call advising a plumber would be out the next day!! WOW!! On Saturday, the next day the plumber was here to fix the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I will definitely use Smith for all my plumbing needs.

BEWARE! Ya’ll these people are a scam. 900 dollar quote over the phone for a new hot water tank and 2,700 when they came to my house. They get you by saying city will have to come out for an inspection and they will refund ANY unnecessary work done. But the city only inspects their work and can not give a report of what was necessary or not. Now I’ve been on the phone for WEEKS trying to get this resolved and I can only speak with a call center NO ACTUAL EMPLOYEES WILL CALL BACK. Don’t make the same mistake I made by using this company OR Home Depot. Infuriating that people are doing this to other hard working people. The city knows these people are a scam, they hear stories like mine about this company, they say, all the time.

Our neighbors used this plumbing company and parked their vans right in front of our mailbox. Plenty of room to pull up and when I asked the driver to please move his van so we wouldn't miss important mail coming he completely ignored me.
Sad that this is a professional company who hire people who are unprofessional. It's also sad to have to give a review on a company that we didn't call. Public street yes but blocking our property is not okay.

Not long ago I had water leak issues in my brand new home my warranty company sent from a AC technician to a roof company none of them were able to discovered what was causing the water leak until Brandon C. Harrison came he was the only one to figured out what was causing the water leak which it was not Plummling related but thanks to him the roofers were able to figure out the problem. Just today he came back again to replace a toilet that was giving us trouble, he did a excellent job, this guy is beyond polite and professional. We are beyond happy with cathedral pluming.
